Wonderful place to stay. We have stayed here 6 times and the hotel and its staff never disappoints. We like that is just outside the wall to Assisi old town and totally walkable. Food at the hotel is very good and the presence of a pool is an added amenity. Totally recommend.

We stayed here for three nights and everything was more than satisfying. The premises of the hotel are beautiful with a stunning view, perfect for sunset. I also really enjoyed the spa services they offer - they have a truly luxurious spa that you can enjoy privately with a reasonable price. Restaurant has a great menu of local dishes. Rooms are spacious and provide everything you need.

We had a quiet, well-furnished room, with a balcony and a lovely view of the countryside below. Our room was upgraded for us at no charge upon our arrival. All staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great for seeing the sights.

The staff went out of their way to make it an excellent stay. We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed another week. The views are breathtaking, the staff was friendly, the hotel is beautifully kept - the whole experience was wonderful. After a week of travel, the spa was just what we needed to relax. We'll be staying here again on our next trip!

Great hotel, free on-site parking, a bit of a walk to get to the historic centre and cathedral but you can also catch a bus. The view from the hotel was amazing! modern clean rooms, breakfast was good and the restaurant is also available in the evenings. Friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again! Stayed March 2023

We were impressed by the beautiful panoramic view of Assisi surroundings that our room with a big patio had. It was a good walk to town. Both staff and waitstaff were welcoming, cheery and warm. The restaurant serves good food.

"Amazing value" doesn't feel like a fair assessment because I don't feel like I've sacrificed anything for a better price. I felt more like I was staying at a friend's private villa than I did a guest at a hotel. The grounds and view are breathtaking, Antonello and the rest of the staff are so kind, and the spa is top-notch. Plus, La Terrazza is conveniently located for accessing Assisi's historic center within 3 minutes while still being removed from the hubbub. I happily extended my stay here by another night.

A1 place to stay if you want access to all of Assisi’s delights from the most relaxing urban oasis. A big shout out to Daniela whose generosity matched the kindness and attentiveness of all the staff. Bravo!
